Nicole Johnson
As the newest member of the team at Holcombe & McGrath, Nicole brings a wealth of client service and business management expertise.
Prior to coming on-board, Nicole developed and ran a successful preschool program at a local church for eight years. During her time as director of the preschool, Nicole found herself enjoying the financial planning and budget maintenance aspect of her job. She began taking accounting and bookkeeping classes at AB Technical Community College in order to pursue an advanced education in those areas.
In 2009, Nicole was approached to work with Holcombe & McGrath as an office manager and client services specialist. Although it was difficult to leave the children and the business she had started, Nicole knew it was exactly the type of job where she could continue to work with people as well as further develop her bookkeeping and office management skills.
In between working and studying, Nicole manages to have an active role in her children’s schools and at her church. Nicole lives in North Asheville with her husband, Tony, and their four children.
